Join the Diamond Life Cooperative

Independence is rewarding... however, there are challenges.

  1. What if your business philosophy does not align with corporate culture? How do you reach like-minded clients?
  2. Where can you find other quality independent organizations who share your values?
  3. Can you keep up with industry best practices, get peer feedback and avoid getting burned?
  4. Can you productively collaborate with your peers and share tips and not waste time.
  5. How will you align your identity to a larger organization and reap the benefits of branding and economies of scale?
  6. How to efficiently build up a quality mailing list.
  7. How to get a modern website - one that goes way beyond the simple brochure - without breaking the budget.

The Diamond Life Cooperative seeks addresses all of the above and more. If you find your needs to be aligned with ours, please consider joining.

Mixed Martial Studio - What Kajukenbo Means To Me

THE ART OF KAJUKENBO – THE ORIGINAL MMA

Kajukenbo is a blend of Karate Judo/Jujitsu Kempo and Kung Fu or Chinese Boxing which was developed post World War II in Hawaii. There is a ton of historical information you can find on the web. But I would like to give you my perspective on the first truly American Martial Art.

The beauty of Kajukenbo lays in its philosophy: “Adapt to the existing environment, bring in what is useful and throw away the rest, but always keep the roots.”

QiGong (Chi Kung)

What Is Chi Kung?

The ancient Chinese discovered that certain physical movements combined with specific breathing patterns produced a tonifying effect on the body's supply of "Chi", which can be defined as the body's basic energy, or "lifeforce".

Chinese medical theory holds that this unseen lifeforce , or Chi, is what actually supplies the physical body with energy, and that a reduction in the level of this energy leads to illness and physical deterioration.
